<p><strong><em><font size="2">Refund Policy-</font></em></strong></p>
<p><font size="2">You may change your attendance numbers at any point after initial registration until your group is within 10 days of your program date. At that point, all numbers will be frozen and no changes can be made. This policy is to ensure that the Science Center has the proper amount of food, materials and staff to adequately operate the Camp-In. </font></p>
<p><font size="2"><strong><em>No refunds</em></strong> will be given within the 10 day period of your camp-in. Serious illness or accidents preventing an individual from participating in the Midnight Magic Camp-In program will be considered only if a written request from the individual's parent or guardian is submitted to the Group Programs Coordinator. All refund requests must be submitted to the Louisville Science Center's finance department and may take up to 30 days to process. </font></p>
<p><font size="2"><strong><em>Cancellations-</em></strong></font></p>

Survival Science</span></strong></p>
<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">Can you outlast your students in a daring overnight adventure? Here's your chance to find out! Explore the unknown and trek through hands-on exhibits in a flashlight safari. Learn how real explorers outlived the perils of nature as they encountered some of the world's greatest discoveries. Be the last one standing by learning basic survival tricks and how to use the tools necessary to make it in the wild. To top it off, view a late-night showing of <em>Shackleton's Antarctic Adventure</em> in the IMAX Theatre.</div>

<p>On the night of your Camp-In, we ask that all leaders arrive to the Science Center before the rest of their group in order to claim registration materials and to check-in your group. If you cannot arrive early, please designate someone to collect the materials in your absence.</p>
<p>We ask that all adult chaperones be responsible for the behavior management of their group. The Louisville Science Center staff is responsible for the educational aspects of the program only. A 1:8 adult/child minimum ratio is required. To ensure that everyone has the best Camp-In experience possible, all leaders and chaperones are asked to actively participate in the classroom activities and through the duration of the program. Please be aware that the Science Center is open to the general public until 9 p.m.</p>

<p>All items should be packed in a trash bag with the camper's name, phone number and organization clearly marked. To make your experience fun and trouble-free, we ask that you bring only the following items:</p>

Dinner of your choice (or eat dinner before you arrive!)<br />
